AV store in Vancouver BC?

Looking to get some advice and buy speaker wire and in ceilings from a store in Vancouver, can anyone recommend a store for HT gear?

Should I assume that the wire is for the in-ceilings? If so, go to Home Depot and get CL/2 in-wall rated speaker wire. As for the speakers, do you have a budget?
