I have it and like it, so my opinion is as follows:

If you like listening to classical, jazz, opera, choir, pipe organ or anything else recorded live, especially in large venues, absolutely. There are some really beautiful native immersive Auro recordings coming out of Europe (I've gotten most if mine through Amazon, they usually ship from Norway, Germany, UK, etc).

For 2 channel recordings of the above, the Auromatic upmixer is easily "closest to the real thing" with such recordings and is SO MUCH better than stereo. Definately worth it.

With studio recorded (most popular music), close mic'd stuff, I still like it better with Auromatic than without, but probably not enough to spend $200 if you're on a budget.

For movies only, probably not worth it. Neural:X does a really good job.

I’m assuming this is a question...
For movies, no. There’s is almost no content, and what is available is from UK I think. People do like it for music, but DSU or dtsNX are really damn good too so...

Thanks for everyone's input I use my denon mostly for movies and some music that's recorded in 2ch in studio.

Definitely wouldn’t worry about it then.
