I was able to properly setup my new revel f228s and corresponding center channel for my 5.1 system using my marantz 6015 AVR. I ran the Audyssey MultEQ XT32 using the app from my phone and uploaded it to my avr. Later I bought an anthem STR power amplifier to give more power to my 2 front speakers. Now when I run the audyssey setup, it sets all my 5 speakers to -12db after it takes the measurements. I assume this is not optimal (based on my reading of how to set up subs and make sure you get them to -11 or so without hitting -12). Does anyone know why this is occuring? Previously it would set my speakers to -4 to -8. I tried running the multieq multiple times with the same results.
