Just checking to see if you guys know anything about a 3db dip below 20hz when using the app vs AVR to calibrate.
Below is my last subwoofer calibration. I used rew and minidsp to flatten it out before running audyssey.
My question revolves around something I read(can’t remember where naturally) regarding the thread title. When I last eq’d my subs, I had a pretty nice hump at 16hz. You can see it’s still there, but with a little dip from about 22hz to 16hz while still solid to about 14hz.
You guys know anything about that? My googletron is pretty good but...

Here’s before...

I have a shot of the overlay if anybody is curious.

The sub looks fine though a bit hot compared with the rest of the spectrum. Most guys would kill to have what you have.

Thanks Brian. I agree, I can’t complain much about that FR for sure. I was mainly wondering if anybody has read/heard/seen etc anything about the dip thing. Also, when I run the test tone in my AVR, my subs are between 77 and 80 with my bouncy old rat shack meter. A little hot yes, but not a lot to me. I’m on concrete so my bass is a little too well behaved lol.
