Audyssey App 2nd Subwoofer broken?

Trying to use the app and when it gets to my second sub, there is no sound and the app just says wait... However, when Audyssey is run from the AVR, the 2nd sub works fine. I'm really starting to hate Audyssey. Wish I could run it from the AVR and load the data to the app. Anyone experience this? Running the latest version on a pixel 3XL. I'll try re-installing it.

Reinstall didn't work. Using a x3600H. Can't press next and get past 2nd sub please wait... What buggy pile of nonsense.

Now if I run it from the receiver, I can't make needed measurement adjustments and the such. Ger..

I am experiencing the same problem. Second subwoofer not playing. Anyone ever get an answer to this?

I gave up after trying to unsuccessfully call them. In the end, I just selected one sub and Y'd off that to my sub amps with DSP. I gather that if they aren't selling hardware, they can care less. Certainly not the future of any of this.
