I got the following...

CM9s fronts
CM Centre
CM1s Surrounds

and am looking at getting a reciever this week.

What do you think about the speaker cables I was recommended? Good? Bad? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Wow those are great suggestions. Any specific ones I should pick from the link? Or any ones that just meet the length requirement of 50ft and 30ft?

The link has a large selection so thats why I am having a little bit of trouble picking. I need one to be about 50 feet for the surrounds, and I need others for center, fronts won't need too much length, maybe 2 feet. Thanks!

Hi. Probably my favorite speaker wire reference site is this one. It has a handy table to help you choose which gauge wire to pick based on your length of wire and speaker impedances. It also explains how they came up with those recommendations.

I've build some short speaker cables out of Type 4 just to see if there was any benefit. Waste of money.

Well, that link sent you to a page of 12 ga with different lengths. That is a good size, not buy the spool that will meet your total length and then some, just in case;) and go for it.

By the way, who recommended the Audioquest cables?

It was recommended by Best Buy lol. I was very hesitant, and I thought I better ask some of the experts on here as there seems to be a lot of very knowledgeable people.

The wire I am using currently is probably my favorite so far: Canare 4S11 from here. It is a little expensive, but it is quad conductor and is fairly easy to work with. Using KnuKonceptz BFA plugs.
