The bottom of the forum page states:

GMT Stands for Greenwich Mean Time. As I am looking at this GMT is really 20:29:39 / 8.29.39 p.m.
Which is 4 hours and 23 minutes ahead.
If it is Eastern time zone it is still 23 minutes off.
Just thought I'd bring to your attention.
If I am way off let me know.
