I'd call them. Store policies change from time to time and you never know. If they didn't they might now and visa-versa.

I too wondered about Canadian orders. I really want the Klipsch 500 home theater package. I just bought the 300 package from a local Future Shop for the same price. I was thoroughly disgusted when I saw the list box with nothing but American states. Sorry to say, but my dealings with American firms over the Internet has been less than satisfactory for the better part. I don't understand why; we are a huge market! 'Nough said about that.

I'll try the 877 number as suggested. Failing that, I'll check out Future Shop's pricing guarantee. It's truly sad the number of times we're ignored by our good friends to the south.

I just received a reply from the support team. They will ship to Canada for a fee of $135. Problem solved, although it does render the deal less attractive. I also know they can't send it here for nothing! For those interested, I'm located in the Toronto area. Many thanks.

I was under the impression that the issue lies with Canada's import laws and taxes and restrictions, not with US based sellers
