When reading the details it says it is a service contract not a warranty or insurance yet they advertise it as an extended warranty.

3 years but it says it expires 3 years from the day of product registration yet it does not take effect until the earliest part of the manufacturer warranty expires.

It does not replace the manufacturers warranty so if you wait until the earlies part of the manufacturers warranty expires but the 3 year warranty expires 3 years from the date of registration then it is really not a 3 year warranty, oops service contract.

This appears to be deceptive.

I would email customer support for the Audioholics store. They should provide you with the most accurate information for your question.

This thread appears deceptive. Read the warranty details and compare it to what I said. I doubt you will still understand.

I understand that If I have a question in regard to what you have described , I would ask the "Store", since they are the ones that will honor the service contract;) Your doubts about my understandings are founded within and yes i fully understand how it works. The deceptive remark was made by you without fully researching your question/problem. If you do not understand how something works its ok to ask others, but to imply deception without understanding is kind of silly:p

IMO you should have contacted the Audioholics store directly, or PM'd the administration with your concern.

I said appears to be deceptive. Do you understand what the word appears means? I took the words right from the description by the company involved it is right there in black and white. It is what it is, read it. You are the one that is trying to make this something it is not. You would have to be missing some essentials or looking for trouble to say my remarks are deceptive when it is taken right from the details. Either it is exactly as stated or if there is a mistake they can change it. I should not have to contact the company in secret about this I am not accusing them of being dishonest I am pointing out how this is and stating it appears to be deceptive the way it is and it does. Did you notice the category under which this is posted? Let them come on here and explain it. If you want to twist this around and look at me in a negative way because of this that is fine but it speaks more about you than it does about me. You had to jump in and babble on out of ignorance and arrogance looking for a reason to turn this into more than it is. This is my last post concerning this matter because I already know it is useless to try and reason with someone like you.

First you posted that deception was at play based on wording. I replied stating the same:D Red-is this how you think your question/concern/comment should have been addressed? Blue-then why respond again, email or call the store for the answer. If your gonna post comments expect replies. As for the where the thread was started, does your comment imply you have a propblem with the "store's" extended service contract or that you do not understand how it works?

Dear Customer,

Thank you for bringing this potential wording issue to our attention. We will certainly look into it.

Rest assured - regardless of wording, our aim is to provide the VERY BEST after sales support available from any e-commerce store. That's why we stand behind the three year agreement and provide free customer support for life!

We aren't aware of any other store making even close to the same commitment to its customers. We're very proud of this fact.

Thanks again for your feedback.
