I have used Audiogon a number of times and have found the members to be easy to get along with and above all, honest. They care about maintaining a sparkling feedback rating. Of course there is always risk involved, but I feel far more vulnerable on ebay. My best deals have come from authorized dealers selling new hi end products at cut rate prices.

An excellent marketplace. I have both bought and sold items and have had great experiences in every case. The people I conducted business with were enthusiasts rather that capitalists (as you might find on ebay). Good luck.

Audiogon is very good. Have used it for many times, both buying and selling. Had only one minor unhappy experience (not rip off though). Make sure you check the member feedbacks.

I have used Audiogon several times with great success. Got ripped off once, but I was stupid enough to send the product at the same time he sent the money and the money was no good!! DUMB DUMB! But having bought and sold many times I reccommend it.

By the way, you can also find new products on Audiogon. I first discovered Tyler Acoustic speakers on Audiogon, and I now have a full HT of his speakers. In fact Ty uses my speakers on the website. So it isn't just for "used" gear.

Also HiFi enthusiasts are usually more upscale then most eBAY stunners.
