Audioengine-A2 + compass DAC

my question is

1. would using the audio gd Compass DAC(or any DAC) with the Audioengine A2s improve the sound quality of the speakers?


2. would the A2s put out good sound for movies as well as music? or should i get diffrent speakers?

kef iq5 for 179 each. (it wont let me post url untill i have 5 posts omg!) its vanns.com then serch for kef IQ5


if i get the 2 or 3 IQ5s above can i go PC >(digital connection)> Compass DAC > (anolog connection) > stereo amp> kef IQ5s

Is this correct or am i wrong here


if so what is a good affordable amp to use here
