Audio/Video Sync issues with TV and Home Theatre

I am having issues with the audio and video not syncing up when watching Blu-Rays and DVD’s in surround sound.

Certain Blu-Ray discs work fine but others are out of sync completely. Some will have bonus features perfectly in sync and then the main movie will be out of sync.
I have tried using the A/V sync and lip sync options on both my TV and AV receiver and this doesn’t seem to help because I constantly have to adjust when switching discs or even content contained on the same disc.

All my Blu-Rays and DVD’s are official releases.

I have also noticed similar audio/video sync issues when watching Netflix using the ARC output on my Smart TV as well as my Bell ExpressVu Satellite PVR but not to the extent of the Blu-Ray's and DVD's. Again certain movies on Netflix and channels on the PVR are fine yet others are out of sync.

The problem disappears when I connect my Blu-Ray player and PVR directly by HDMI to the TV and listen through the TV’s speakers.

I am using a LG BP325 3D Blu-Ray player connected to an Onkyo TX-NR626 receiver which then feeds into a LG55LM6200 smart TV. I am using Rocketfish HDMI cables.

I have tried multiple Blu-Ray players, HDMI cables, AV Receivers and PVR’s and sync issue remains.

Does anybody have any suggestions?
