Audio Upgrade

My current setup is a Harman Kardon AVR 3550HD receiver with Definitve Technology Pro Monitor 1000 fronts and Pro Center 1000 center. I am looking to make an upgrade to the Denon AVR 4311 receiver and Paradigm Studio 100 fronts and Paradigm Studio CC-590 (maybe 690 if I can swing it) center. If I don't save and purchase the receiver and speakers together which would be most impactful to purchase first?

Speaker change will have the most impact. Have you thought about the used market to save some $? Sites like Audiogon and USAudiomart can save you quite a bit if you are patient.
