Jsut do it and ask for the results man!! :p
I refuse.......

No, actually I did it, and I don't see much of a point in it.

Is the point that most people don't buy ultra-high end speakers or never even heard of them?

I think it's only fair to disclose the point of the survey. What is the researcher trying to find out?

Why waste our time if it is meaningless?:D

Thank you all for doing the survey! The survey is still open and we are waiting for more replies, so we have not yet started analyzing them.

Our goal is to identify the high end segment and the consumer behavior of the audio and home theatre market.

The problem I see with your survey from the most of our replies is that performance of high-end is considered to be subjective and not worth the money. With high end, one has passed by a huge margin, the rate of return on the cost. Translated means that very little performance gains are realized with the amount of money spent trying to improve quality.

I have a question about the survey. When you are asking about speakers that people have purchased, do you mean new only, or are you including used speakers? A few months ago I got a great deal on some used speakers that the original owner most likely paid thousands for, but I paid, as the saying goes, pennies on the dollar.

If you mean new, you should say so in the survey, as other people taking your survey may not be asking you about it as I am. I wonder how much that will throw off the results...
