The Audio Design Associates PF-2501 Stereo Power Amplifier is an audiophile quality amp that is built like a tank. This amp has a massive toriodial power supply and 4 huge caps with 200,000uF capacitance. Each amp module uses 10 output transistors and delivers 250wpc into 8 Ohms, 450 wpc into 4 Ohms and 600 wpc into a 2 Ohm load. This amp is very similar to ada's current flagship PF-2500 ($4300) but does not have XLR inputs. Can easily drive the most difficult loudspeakers. Has brand new low noise cast aluminum ball bearing fan. In excellent condition, face and display look great, top has a few small marks. This amp has such a tremendous power reserve it will play for a few minutes after you turn it off. Weighs approx 70lbs. So much power it's silly.
