So a few years ago my grandpa passed away and left me with:
Audio Alchemy digital drive system pro (5 piece cd player)
Aragon 8002 amp
Sonic Frontiers line 1 preamp
Tice multi branch ac power filter
Denon Dp45f record player
HK 3480 receiver
And a pair of home built speakers
Up until now I've just used the hk3480 hooked up to the speakers for my audio needs. I've always wanted to hook everything up, but never really had the space. I'm buying my first house this upcoming week and my first project is going to be setting up the stereo / entertainment system. This is where my problem comes in, I don't know much about what to do.
My biggest question is if I can use the hk receiver, sonic frontiers preamp, and Aragon amp all together? Please forgive me if this is an extremely stupid question, I'm very much a newb with this stuff.
My goal is to have a multi room audio system, but also a great entertainment system. I know the hk can do this by itself, but the sonic frontiers and Aragon amp seem like superior components. I don't have much if any money to put into this system, so I'm not sure if I should try to make what I have work together, or just sell some of the components for maybe better speakers or something. Any help and input is greatly appreciated. Thanks,
