It has come to our Attention that Audi0gurus.com is still operating under the Business Name Audioholics Store. Their Toll Free # Answering service also refers to them as the Audioholics Store. After receiving numerous complaints from their customers for charging their credit cards or paypal without delivering product we also discovered they are referring to themselves as “WVP Audioholics Store” in the sales receipts and offering Audioholics points to their customers. We wanted to make it clear that Audi0gurus does NOT have the legal right nor our permission to use the Audioholics name in any way, nor are they affiliated with Audioholics in any way. Our legal counsel has issued Audi0gurus an immediate Cease and Desist from using the Audioholics name in any form whether it be in their business name or on their website referencing an Audioholics Store. The Audioholics name has proprietary intellectual protection and has not licensed the use in any form to any third party including but not limited to Audi0gurus. Please note Florida has very clear laws against consumer fraud under the Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA) (F.S. §501.201 et seq.) should you have any grievances with Audi0gurus.com.
