Dynamic Volume works as advertised. I find it most useful when watching tv with a group or the fam since you don't have to juggle the volume in order to hear the conversations. It does limit the dynamics of the program material as a consequence. Dynamic EQ is a mixed bag IMO. It does restore some of the bass balance for movies, especially at low volume. It's tricky to use with music because there's no standard level for the recording and makes the bass a bit too boomy for my taste. They are nice techs but not necessarily a panacea.
