My theater room is my half of my basement living room with no door to the stairs. The living room is 21' across by 32' feet deep. My PJ screen drops down 18" in front of one wall and I sit about 16' back from the wall. My center sits behind the screen and the front towers in each corner. My surrounds are towers that sit inline with the seats. The rear surrounds are in the ceiling about 4' behind the seats. I have sub outlets at each tower position with two subs next to the front towers.
I want to set-up a 7.2.4 ATMOS system. I currently have presences or front height speakers in the front wall and speaker drops on the wall above the surround towers. Would I get any benefit from setting up a system with these speakers? This set-up is more like the Auro 3D. There just isn't many movies slated to be released in Auro-3D.
