Got some sad news, my Yamaha YST-SW305 went bad thanks to the &quot;Acts of God&quot;, and was looking to replace this sub with a heftier Atlantic Technology T70PBM 10&quot; Sub w/ 125w RMS 0.025% THD, and FS: 25Hz-120Hz +/-3dB.  I found it on soundcity.com for a very low price, and yet no bad reviews from buyers.

I really trust the people of audioholics and it's members opinions, and was wondering if I should go ahead and get this one or not.

<font color='#000000'>Just purchased this sub.  I am using this sub for my fairly large room: 24' x 13' and 9' ceiling.  For music, the bass blends into the main Polk R50 speakers really well.  I have the sub placed between the 2 front speakers.  The bass sounds like it is coming from the 2 front speakers, not the sub.  Tight and smooth bass, not a kick in your gut kind of bass.  No cross-over bypass button, as stated in the manual on Atlantic Technology's website.   Overall, I am pretty happy with the purchase.
