I just spoke with a neighbor who was a Police officer/EMS and IIRC, crisis team member who had critical infrastructure clearance in Atlanta- he said that the water main breaks aren't natural it would be very difficult to pull this off without knowing the system very well, it wouldn't be a matter of just causing a break in one spot and they happened within a short time window.
Does this match what Atlanta is saying, or are they staying quiet?
He also said that the communication systems for Police, Fire, EMS and hospitals have been down in Milwaukee and solutions aren't coming quickly. He works for Ascention and their IT has been down for at least two weeks- they're doing very slow roll-outs of various areas and medical staff are using paper forms to handle information.
