Asus Xonar DS & Media Monkey Help

i installed Asus Xonar DS today, then finally unpacked my HK 3490. i do not have speakers hooked up (moving so waiting till i move to hook up) i am using the HK to run my Beyer Dynamics DT770-250 Headphones.

so i run the optical from the adaptor to the receiver....nothing, no sound. i have played with options on the Asus menu and XP sound menu.

finally i ran media player classic and i gots sound . i cannot run ITunes, it won't load since i installed Media Monkey. so anyone know anything about Media Monkey and what i got to change in the options to make the sound play? kinda sucks opening one song file at a time in MPC.

my cans are finally properly powered with the HK-3490

i was using Total Bit Head amp and it just doesn't pump out enough juice

played with the settings, i got it going. now i can't wait to hook up the Infinity P162's. hate looking at them in a box
