Are Monster HTS 1000 power bars any good?

I know Monster is generally overpriced, but I can get one for $80 CAD, when Best Buy sold them for $229 CAD.
My set up is an HK325, Panny DVD-CP67, Bell Expressvu 9200 HD PVR & an HTPC. The TV is an Hitachi PJ-TX100 pj, but it's on it's own circuit.

Both Tripp Lite and Belkin make products equal (or better) than Monster and considerably less cost. Not sure if they're available in the Great White North.

I didn't know Monster was making energy bars. How do they taste? :)

It's probably very crunchy and may tingle at times:D
