I currently hook up my laptop to home theater when streaming Netflix. Should I go Apple tv or Panasonic BD 65 for streaming?

If you use iTunes on your computer, then the Apple TV makes a great addition since it will access & stream anything from your itunes to the system. The user interface for Netflix is great too. For $99, it's hard to beat and cheap for all you get IMO. I bought one for my dad for Christmas, and I hooked it up to my system just to try it out first. After 20 minutes I got online and bought another one to give him because I knew I'd never take the Apple TV out of my system.

If you have a PS3 it has one of the best netflix implementations.

I also agree with boardsysadaim. I have the Boxee Box and love it Im just waiting for the couple of upgrade that are come and then it will be the best $200 Ive spent in a long time. Another device that works good is the Revue but its more expensive and it dosent play a lot of media files but it is good for ppl wanting to watch tv, surf the net, and use Netflix and a couple of other apps, but it dosent compare to the Boxee Box which you can do so much more. You can also try the free verson on the net down load it and see for your self

Thanks for the replies. I had a gift card to BB so picked up an Apple TV for $50. I agree the interface and music is great on this device.
On the down side I do get some buffering during some NetFlix movies which is annoying.

Seriously, I have no life.

It's much easier with a BD65-it also streams Pandora, VuDu and others. Plus, it plays CDs, DVDs and BluRay discs. I have had no breakups or pauses with the BD65 I use.
