ok, let the sub not be counted, just the towers and bookshelves along with the cc, which would be better worth it, Aperion's 4T system or, SVS's SCS fronts along with their new STS-01 towers coming out?

You would need to listen to both in your room to know.

Only your ears can determine what you'll like. I personally prefer Aperion over SVS for speakers. I feel they have a more refined sound, but you may hate it.

You have nothing to lose in auditioning the Aperions in your home due to their excellent customer friendly no risk trial period (shipping paid both ways).

I will say that Aperion speakers look nicer (IMHO) than SVS speakers, but SVS speakers will give you more bang for your buck. Aperion tends to cost a little more, and I would take an SVS sub over an Aperion sub anyday. I do like the sound of Aperion speakers (I have spent some time with the 5b's, and own the SCS-01's and I think you cannot really go wrong either way).

BTW, what is your room size, and what receiver will you be driving these speakers with? You shouldn't have a problem with the 4T's but you may want to consider the 5T's if your room is mid to large size.

With a mid size room I would go with 5Ts....order them, listen, ship back if you do not like them.

alright, so ive narrowed this down, 5T Pair, 4b Surrounds, and 4cc,
vs
Pair of STS Towers, SCS surrounds, and SCS centerchannel.

Sub will remain same= PC-12NSD, i have a hard time picking between a box or cylinder

What does medium-size room mean? I heard the 4T's in Aperion's showroom which I would say was 14x20, and they filled it up quite nicely with a sub. With Aperion's free shipping both ways, I'd try the 4T's first, then move up if budget is a concern. Remember, all Aperion models were voiced to sound more European in nature.
