APC S15 same as APC J15?

I was about to buy the APC S15, but I noticed the APC J15. They look the same to me. I am wondering if they are the same inside. Check this website out:

I also was looking at the specs of the J15 and they look the same as the S15 check them out:

BEST OF ALL, did you see the price of the J15?

I know the administrator Gene I believe! uses the APC's so can you guys tell me if they are the same?

I called APC AV and they told me that the difference between the H and the S is that the H when on UPS mode does not produce a sine wave.

I ended up buying the S15

Kind of funny that the J15 is not on APC's website anywhere.
