APC H10 Power Center

When I was checking out the E-cost deals, I saw the APC H10 for only $132 + shipping. I used the Google Checkout option and it indicated an extra $50 discount. I have been looking at this unit which includes voltage regulation in addition to filtering. Great deal, check it out.

That's a pretty nice unit as well as the Belkins I mentioned earlier.

I've seen $10 and $20 Google checkout discounts for new users, but $50?!? That's a huge price break... -TD

That is a STEAL. I'd buy about 10 at that price ($82 + shipping???) and give them as gifts...

Notice that the 'features' list has nothing to do with the product. It is a power conditioner and none of the features listed are applicable to a power conditioner.

- Ever seen a power conditioner or surge suppressor with SD/MMC slots?
- Extremely portable - weighs less than 2 grams? 2 grams would be about 1/16 of an ounce.

Still it sounds like a reasonably good price even though the description doesn't match the product.

FYI,
No gaurantees on the Google discount. I don't see it reflected in my CC charge from ecost. I sent them a pdf of the screen shot of the web page showing the discount.

For $160 including tax and shipping, the H10 is still a great deal and half the retail price.

Could it be that you've used Google Checkout previously? I know I got a decent discount from Buy.com using Google Checkout for the first time ($30 off $50+ purchase), but the discount is applied only for new users to Google Checkout.

eCost must be having problems, the price shown to me is $270, the description is all wrong, the summary says "in stock", but when you place it in the cart is says "sold out". What gives?

They sold out of those pretty quick and then it went back up to its regular price.
