I am pretty sure I have heard of this company before, the name seems familiar. I used to get several AV mags a few years back. I will look and see if there is anything in them. You may be able scounge up some more info in the internet.

Hey, these guys are in my neighbourhood! It sounds like they are using cabinet construction that would make wmax proud. It also looks like they are NRC designed/inspired. I was hoping they would publish some anechoic graphs but I didin't see any.

My first thought that comes to mind is overpriced.

I mean at that price you could build your own and get way better response.
Well yes, assuming you have the requisite skills to build your own. I do know which end of the soldering iron NOT to grab, but I would not personally attempt to build a crossover. Maybe someday I will have the time to learn how.

And you could acoustically deaden your room.

10,000 for a full system. Wow that's a lot of money. If I had that I would be getting a new PJ/screen first.
I think it depends on what you are getting for your money. Unfortunately as well as other manufacturers, this guys don't publish FR or distortion of the speaker system but if this can produce high SPL with low distortions and all the other good staff, may be it's worth it. $10k is a lot of money but so is $60K for German sedan. The only way is to listen, to blast it at high volume and make your own conclusions.

Lots of companies make bold claims about their cabinets being low resonance or inert. Few actually prove to be in reality. Check out Theil's claims about their cabinet on their website(unless they removed them since I last read) on the new flagship, CS 3.7, and then view the actual amplitude of cabinet vibration in the Stereophile measurements made of it a couple of months ago. They barely measure any different in regards to cabinet vibration compared to any other average cabinet.

Until proven otherwise I won't lump this into the Thiel group of speakers.
