I visited an electronics store the other day and found out that some floor standing models were available at a competitive prices. I heard them briefly but couldn't spend much time.
I wanted to know if there are any people here using ELAC speakers (floor standers specifically). How do they perform in stereo applications? Are you using them by themselves or along with a Sub? Do they sound natural and open? Where would you rate them against a similarly priced JBL/Infinity/Axiom/AR/Jamo or some other comparables?
