12 channels, fully balanced and only $12,000 (!) http://www.mcintoshlabs.com/owners/Resource-Library.asp?prodCat=preAmps&modelNo=MX150&x=36&y=12 but what actually DOES have me really excited is the lyngdorf room perfect now available for HT use. i have used two different versions of room perfect for 2 channel and it is AMAZING what it can do. i really hope that they license the HT one to more, umm, "cost conscious" manufacturers.
