Has anyone had the chance to listen to these speakers, they got a good review on electronichouse.com. I was looking at Swan's and Rockets for my budget system, but these caught my eye as a possible good value speaker set up (F300 series). I believe they are based on the RBH TK-5CT, which also got good reviews on this site.

I would look else where.

While they're not white van in looks, they definitely AREN'T better then what you've listed in comparison.

While I certainly don't give EH any credit for having listened to them (they likely didn't knowing what I do about their other activities at CEDIA where they awarded products for simply "existing") Destination Audio is actually manufactured by RBH Sound. We've seen the quality of the speakers up close and personal and they have exceptional build quality and the designer has a pretty darn good track record for making excellent speakers.

How can you say this if you haven't heard them and know ZERO about the product and brand? Is there any justification for posts like this?

To the OP:
I have tried a few of their products and they are very good. Essentially the speakers you're asking about are based (very closely) off of the RBH TK-5CT. I have heard these at a regional distributor and thought they were really nice especially since you should be able to get them a little lower then the cost of the RBH equivelant.

"Destination Audio" as a brand was brought to market by RBH to be sold only through distributors and not direct to dealers. Meaning: Any contractor can purchase the line as long as they are signed up to purchase with a carrying distributor. Security installers, phone & cable installers, electricians, builders, etc. I use their entry level in-ceiling speakers for lower budgeted (meaning $250 per pair per room) distributed audio projects instead of the entry level RBH "A" series. I think that in their price range ON THAT PRODUCT it's a better speaker.

Hope some of this helps!

Very helpful. I got a chance to listen to the Rocket 850's in a 7.1 set up, and wasn't overly impressed with sounds clarity. I'll see if I can find a place that sells the destinations and take a listen. Thanks.

... How do you know that?

If you don't have anything worthwhile to say, it's better not to simply make stuff up and preface it with words like "definitely"

That's my opinion. Deal with it.

EDIT: Did you even look at the specifications? The Tower is 42 inches tall, has a base plate, and built in bass driver and weighs 38 pounds. Kuality.

Plus the website is pretty dingy, and the midbass/midrange drivers look IDENTICAL to my old speakers, and they were not that great.
