I remember the K-Tel Record Selector. It was supposed to flip through your records for you automatically. I knew someone who bought one. The records would flip one by one, but after a certain number had flipped, the whole thing would fall over due to the weight shift.

I had some of their albums when I was a kid. They were mostly top 40 crap like KC and the Sunshine band but you'd get one or two good songs. It's how I discovered "Frankenstein" by the Edgar Winter Group.
