Anyone ever had to replace glare coating?

I have a small scratch on my DLP RPTV's screen glare coating (about 1.5", almost perfectly vertical, near the bottom at the center). It isn't dramatic, and most of the time I don't see it... But sometimes, especially when there are a lot of blacks in that area of the screen, it gets very prominent to my eyes.

Anyone ever have to replace it? Was it expensive? Did you have a technician do it (my default assumption is yes)?

Since the scratch is small, I'd rather not spend a lot - if there are alternate ways to "hide" the offending scratch (some kind of rub-on solution, for example), I'm all ears.

Check with Office Depot/Staples and see if they have a maintence kit for glare screens. Since many office computer screens are abused, if a maintence kit or scratch removal kit was possible, they would offer it.

Beyond that recommendation, I have no suggestion.
