Have only been running across them due a review here on Audioholics then on Erin's Audio Corner. Count me impressed on them getting involved and providing test subjects! Definitely will consider them when I do (more if these days) purchase....just curious who's used them, comments, etc.

I won't use them at all and they are local. Their response/follow through has been half hearted and in my opinion bad and if it's this bad when I haven't fully engaged them then it usually goes downhill from the starting point.
Here were my situations...

Couple years back I went to their store. Was looking for some decent outdoor speakers for the deck and pool area. He recommended B&W's and some others. Told him I also was looking to do a whole house audio soon. Anyways, gave him my info and never got a call back. I think I even left a message once, but it was a few years ago and I don't recall those specifics. Ended up doing a Russound MCA-88 from Crutchfield for the whole home and several sets of in-ceiling speakers.

2nd time was recent. I'm looking at starting my HT project. I went to their recent downtown weekend trade show they host. It was a good show with lots of vendors. They even sent an automated reply, "thanks for attending." So they should know I'm a live target. So afterwards I wanted to engage them about some questions on the JBL synthesis line.(since I'm building the room I had some speaker layout questions). I was on their chat feature and one of the guys just flat out said, you're better off emailing us than asking over chat my basic question. ok. So I sent them an email through their online portal. Marty got back to me and asked for a phone number said someone would call today. Never got a call. couple days later I got an auto email asking how I would rate the support I received. I clicked bad as I still hadn't heard from anyone substantial. 3 full days later someone called and left a message. I called back 3 times and no answer. Haven't gotten a call back yet.

If they put that little effort to begin with then it will only get worse later, especially once they have your money.
