Does anybody suggest any one company over the other? I already have a Rotel amp 5.1. Looking to put the device in my sofa for right now and add that realism to my hometheater. Thanks for any feedback out there.:D

friend of mine has the transducers under the legs of his HT chairs, and they move a little side to side, vibrate and shake, I personally don't like them, I think they are distracting. They seem fun to a lot of visitors, impressed w/ shaking seats, but as for my enjoyment, I get tired of them and sit in other chairs in his HT ones without the transducers; good subs are what I like to hear/feel. That seems more realistic to me, but maybe my buddy has his transducers turned up too much.

Probably.
I use Aura Pro Bass Shakers, and when they're balanced they work really well. Most people don't suspect something in the couch, just that there's a lot of bass.

Yea, I got a couple of Clark Gold’s and they work very well if mounted properly and proper delay added, without the delay they don’t sync up with the sub rumble and is not very convincing. However after an IB upgrade i really don’t need them anymore so I turned them off, the IB moves the couch as much as the Clark’s do anyway. I used to have 6 Auras in the couch and they didn’t do much ate the frequency that the were called to kick in because of their high Fs so I wouldn’t recommend them, nobody likes to hear your couch talk so a low x-over point is necessary and this negates the Auras usefulness.

Were you using the standard Auras or the Aura Pros?
I can't comment on the standard ones, but I have mine crossed over at 40hz and I'm only using 2 of them and there's no resonance and they're plenty powerful to really kick.
