I've ran across his name a few times while looking at things. I use this as a rule of thumb, If hes got a high feedback score, and you pay with paypal, then you really shouldnt have any issues. I've bought more than 200 items on ebay using paypal and have only had 2 problems, paypal took care of it, it took about 2 weeks to get my money back, but i was refunded in full, compared to some of the real deals and finds on ebay, taking a chance and possobly having to wait a couple weeks for money back is well worth the savings. If your really overly concerned about it, use a credit card through paypal, if theres a problem, you can issue a charge back and paypal cant do anything about it. (paypalsucks.com). But like i said before, if hes got a high feedback score, then you shoulndt have any problems.
