Anthem, D1 or AVM 30?

What r the differences between the D1 and Avm 30? iS ONE BETTER FOR MOVIES, AS i PLAY %80 MOVIES/%20 music. I'm thinking of this setup:

Anthem p5 & p2 amp
Anthem D1 or avm 30
B&W 804's l/r
htm1 center
4-1 nt rear


I have the speakers but need a pre/pro around 15-20k

If any1 could give me suggetions. I'd appreciate it.

The D1 is probably one of the only pre/pro on the market right now that also up/oversamples DD and DTS signals, making (IMHO) a better sound experience in HT over the AVM20 that I did previously owned.

But sadly, specs are not everything, implementation is also really important. So you really have to listen to the D1 to be able to fully appreciate the improvement with DD and DTS signals.

So if you are at 80% movies, then the D1 (IMHO) would be a better choice.

But try to listen to both if you can before making a decision.
