Another sub question

Ok so Im probably going to have a little more money than I thought, so which sub is better rsl speedwoofer , svs pb1000 or hsu vtf mk5 on sale for 509.00, the svs 449, or 479 outlet, or speedwoofer for 399.

Which Hsu VTF? Assume you mean the VTF-2 unless that's a helluva sale. I'd go with the HSU among those.

ps be sure to add shipping with Hsu....it's not included like the other two usually are.

Thanks for that that ,might put it out of the running sense I also have to pay tax. So out of the other two which is better.

Until it has been measured and it performance has been verified by a third party, I wouldn't bother with it.

Hard to call between the SVS PB1000 or Speedwoofer 10, would rather have a larger sub myself.

Maybe save the bucks and go with RSL unless there's something particularly attractive to you about the SVS Customer Bill of Rights I think they call it. Read reviews on both...

Also for ported 10" the Monolith is 550 delivered...not sure about your tax situation, tho...

That seems to be the price range of comfort, and I’d say they’re more similar than different, although I remember someone auditioning both and preferred the SVS. It seems a little more capable down low, but the rsl looks much nicer, imo. They both have spectacular customer service though. Really.

Could get the RSL then save for a second. I think that's what I'd do. You get a pair of those and you'll be in good shape for subwoofage.

I think Im just going to save my money, later if I feel I need a better sub the money will be setting in my paypal, and I could always sell more for more money. I have have alot of lord of the rings stuff made by united cutlery an Weta. So I think Ill enjoy what I have right now. I didn't need much bass anyway the rp280fs are almost enough for me , they have pretty good bass response an my settings are lfe and mains for bass.It all sounds really good to me right now. If I ever feel I need better Ill look at getting something then. Thanks for all the replys.
