I'm afraid it's a bit far from me. I'd do it in a heart beat if it was in DFW.

Yeah, I need to crash Greg's house and check that pool out. I should go rolling up on his lawn with lights and sierns going and call him out on the PA. Win him all kinds of friends with his neighbors.:D

If I'd known, I'd have hooked you up with my sister-in-law.

I really do hope you will stop by.
I hope he does too. I enjoyed my visit and would enjoy hearing about somebody else's visit. lsiberian would really have something to shoot for if he ever got a load of that sub. I can't imagine what you have to do to make it walk but it must be obscene. :)

I'll get on mapquest and see how far a detour dallas.

Edit: oh hell no, 13hrs drive turns into 17hrs. If I had another day of travel I could do it.

If Texas wasn't so damn big....

I have family in Houston that I want to visit also but don't think that's going to happen either.

But you get to drink a couple hundred bucks of booze for free when you stop by my place....

I've been playing around with audio for just a few years but I can say that my time spent earlier this month visiting various members was more intense audio wise than anything I have done to date. PD's Studio 100's may not rank with TLS but I was impressed and the stuff we heard at his dealer was cool to, not to mention the salesman showing us all the gear from years gone by.

I know we talked about all this before but the point is that you have to strike while the iron is hot.
Now is the time.

Come on by, I will give you the Chrismas card that EMO sent me last year...
... but no booze. :D

No, TLS Guy (Dr. Mark Carter) made mention that he did not care for the sound of the Studio 100's (PD's speakers). I need to make my way out to Minnesota or where ever it is that Dr. Carter lives and check out his gear. Maybe I'll drive out to Calgary and visit my brother in the spring. Mark is right on the way. :)

Relax, there is still lots of stuff you can still beat me to. ;)
