Another question about bookshelf speakers...

These are for the surrounds in my home theater.

If someone would be so kind as to read the specifications and let me know if one is better than the other for my use? What I know about speakers is less than the period at the end of this sentence.

I prefer the 302's myself. If you end up getting them, let me know as I'm giving away Mordaunt-Short brackets that will fit those speakers.

From what I can tell the 402 goes a bit lower. I don't know if that works in practice though.

92hz-20khz is a better range and the 402's look like they can handle more power. Plus the 402s have a larger mid range woofer.

I also think they look better.

I would go with the 402s based only on what I see, but I've heard neither and that's still the ultimate test.
