another person looking for a HT sub

yes i am looking for a subwoofer to go with my HT... i have read a few of the other posts and think i can give you all the info needed... first i like a lot of power even for a small room JIC i move it or something but heres my info:
receiver is a yamaha rx-v663
2 ns-333 (eventually will be put as rears once i get a pair of ns-555 or ns-777s)
center is ns-444
room is about 12x12 (i know its kinda small)
use is about half music half movies (mostly blu ray)

i looked at the x-sub but saw it was only 8 in. and i was thinking of upgrading my yamaha 8in to a 10in. of some kind. my friend raves about his sony sw-3000 but its a long throw and dont think i need a long throw so i was thinking down-firing. i also would like it to be able to hit the lows below 30 hz... price is around 200 or less... if you find one a little more i will try to find it at a price i can afford

Pretty much what was recommended for the last guy, you can always get another one if you move to a bigger room.

If you wish to wait a couple months Tweak City Audio is coming out with the "Scamp" which looks promising for under $200 shipped.
