If my speakers say a Suitable Amplifier Power Range is 15-200 watts. Does that mean I should get a 200 watt amp? Should I be looking at the same wattage with solid state and tubes?

I have Paradigm Studio 60s

Correct. Having a higher wattage amp doesn't mean that you can blow up your speakers, but rather it will allow you to drive them harder without the amp clipping and distorting. If you want a tube Amp, general holding is that a 1 Tube Watt Will drive as hard as 2-3 SS watts. I believe this is because of the voltage output on tube amps, but I'm not sure. Still, I'd rather go for a decent solid state amp, but that's just my opinion.
