Amp or Speaker going bad?

I have JBL NSP1 + Pioneer 912 on my computer room, lately i been hearing some static out of the center channel, like when you touch cables, not full time, this only happen very early like when i turn on the setup, 5 minutes after all seems great... Im wondering if the speaker is going bad or maybe the pioneer amp for the center channel is dying.

That is either a cap in that channel taking a while to stabilize or a solid state junction noisy for a period of time after turn on.

Your receiver will need service if it gets worse.
