Amp for LFE Shakers

I plan on getting some LFE shakers at some point for the system I'm putting together, but I'm at a loss of what to get to amplify them. I know a nice distributed audio amp would work, but those are expensive and it seems like such a waste of quality just to send 30w to a moving weight that shakes the couch. Any ideas?
