It is considered by Amazon & Denon to be Open Box, so you get the 3 yr warranty plus the 30-day return policy from Amzon.

I also bought an Open Box 3312 from Amazon last year. It is great. Love the network capability. It can also output 225wpc x 2ch into 4 ohms RMS @ 1% THD.

It powers my speakers (Phil3, Focal 826V, Dynaudio X32, and ATC SCM7) in 2.0 Direct without breaking a sweat in my 18' x 20' x 12' room.

I'm currently looking at this receiver. The price seems unbeatable but I have a few concerns. The 3312 is listed as "used-very good condition" and it seems to be a b stock item not open box. The message below is listed under the description.

"Item may come repackaged. Minor cosmetic imperfection on front of item. Eligible for 30-day return policy. Aftermarket warranty available for purchase from Square Trade since used items are not typically covered by the original manufacturer's warranty".

Is Amazon warehouse deals an authorize Denon re-seller? How can I be certain that this item will be cover by Denon? They also have other avr's listed under "used-Like new condition" but not the 3312. What condition was the 3312 that you purchased?
