Am I missing something on these HDMI cables?

This HDMI 3' cable from Better Cables.com is $69.95. If you go to Blue Jeans Cable.com you can get a 3' HDMI cable for $15.50, how much of a difference is it between these two cables?

I realize the latter is HDMI 1.3 compliant, but is that the only difference?

There is no such thing as an "HDMI 1.3 compliant" cable. HDMI 1.3 has nothing to do with the cable itself. The one from BlueJeans is perfectly fine.
