Advice on Denon+KEF proposals

Hi folks,

I currently own a Hitachi PJ-TX100 projector. I'm planning to buy a DVD player, amplifier and loudspeakers. I've visited a couple of stores (in Germany) and got these offers:

1 - Denon AVC-A11SR (used) + Denon DVD-2900 + KEF KHT 2005: € 3200
2 - Denon AVR-2805 + Denon DVD-2200 + KEF Q5 (front x2) + KEF Q1 (rear x2) + KEF Q9c (center), no subwoofer: 3050 €

My budget is around these prices. However, I'm not sure whether these systems are "balanced" (too much amp for small loudspeakers, or viceversa).

Am I getting good proposals for this money? Do you find any problems with this setup? Are there any other alternatives in this price range?

Thanks!

Make sure

You need to make sure that the place that you are buying from is an authorized dealer because if it is not the warranty will be void. Avoid the used Denon because there will be no warranty on it. But I love Denon...I haven't heard the KEF's but if you like the sound of them go with it.
