Advice on buying SVS PC-12 NSD DSP

I currently have an HSU VTF3/MK3 and have been longing to pull the trigger on a second subwoofer. Searching the local craigslist, I found an used (1year) SVS PC-12 for $300. Two Questions: 1) Is this a good deal? and 2) Should I save for a matching MK4, rather than mis-match brands?? Thanks.

If the sub is in good condition, that is a very good deal, I would jump on it. It is roughly as powerful as the VTF3, and has nearly the same tuning point, so they can be safely run together.
