can anyone tell me if the halo A52 is a good amp for my klipsch ref 62's? I plan on pairing it with my Yamaha reciever, v863. It will be my 1st power amp. Thank you in advance for any input in this matter. Also the anthem mrx300 has the ARC room correction, would that help me?

The Halo is a fine amp. Definitely overkill for Klipsch speakers which tend to be fairly sensitive. You could drive the Klipsch with Parasound's cheaper line of amps, no problem. If you think you might get some difficult to drive speakers at some point, the Halo might be nice to have.

With these klipsch I don't think you need external amp at all. Your yammi has very decent amp built in - If you want better sound - you need to start looking for different speakers
