Advice Needed: Def Tech PS 80

I have a Definitive Technology PS80 subwoofer that doesn't power up when it is plugged in. Do you think this is a fuse-related issue? If so, where can I pick up these fuses. If you can provide any insight, please let me know.

If your power light does not come on, chances are it is the fuse. Any radio shack should have what you are looking for.
